Anna Bahvala is a seasoned student success specialist at the ÐÓ°ÉÐÔÊÀ½ç’s Muma College of Business School of Information Systems and Management, bringing over 20 years of career coaching experience to her role. Specializing in AI and data analytics careers, she guides students through every aspect of career development — from crafting compelling résumés and cover letters and mastering interviewing techniques to facilitating connections with industry-leading employers. Bahvala collaborates closely with industry partners to help secure internships and full-time positions, and she spearheads workshops, practice center projects, new student orientations, graduation programs, advisory board meetings, and signature events such as the Distinguished Speaker series, the ReliaQuest Labs program, Big Data Day, and SQL Saturday.
Prior to her tenure at USF, Bahvala honed her expertise at the University of Wisconsin–Madison as an internship coordinator and at the University of Akron as the assistant director for student employment. She is currently a doctoral candidate in educational innovation and holds a post-master's leadership certificate from USF. She also earned a master’s degree in College Student Development and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
