2. Cab Rental & Outstation Billing Rules

• Garage-to-Garage Calculation: Kilometers and daily hours are computed from our designated fleet depot (Jhotwara, Niwaru Road hub) back to the depot unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a fixed-point package.
• Toll Taxes, State Tax & Parking: Unless specified as an all-inclusive customized package, all actual state entry border taxes, national highway toll plaza charges, airport entry fees, and parking receipts are payable directly by the passenger.
• Driver Allowance (Batta): Night driver allowance (ranging between ₹300 to ₹500 depending on vehicle class) applies for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

• Advance Deposit: A nominal advance deposit (usually 20% to 30% of estimated tariff) is required to secure guaranteed vehicle dispatch and block reservations during peak tourist dates.
• Balance Settlement: The remaining balance of the tour or taxi package must be settled at the time of boarding or upon conclusion of the trip via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
• Pricing Transparency: Quoted rates are strictly transparent with zero hidden charges. Any route additions or unplanned deviations requested during the trip will be billed at the standard per-kilometer vehicle rate.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

• Cancellations 24+ Hours Before Pickup: 100% of the advance deposit will be refunded or credited toward a future travel date of your choice.
• Cancellations Within 12 to 24 Hours: A 15% vehicle reservation handling fee will be deducted, with the remaining balance refunded.
• Cancellations Within 12 Hours or No-Show: The advance deposit is non-refundable as the vehicle and dedicated chauffeur have already been dispatched.

5. Passenger Safety & Luggage Responsibility

• All passengers are required to wear seatbelts in accordance with Indian Motor Vehicle regulations.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of contraband inside commercial tourist vehicles is strictly prohibited by law.
• While our commercial fleet and chauffeurs exercise complete care, guests are requested to keep personal valuables, cash, and electronic gadgets in their personal custody.
